Monday 31st August – Hatha Yoga – 18:30 – 19:30

Gladstone Park   

Hatha yoga is known as the yoga of balance, with ‘ha’ meaning sun and ‘tha’ alluding to the moon. This class involves physical poses that will leave you feeling longer, looser and way more relaxed. Perfect as an intro to yoga, and as a weekly class to bring some calm to your chaos.

Trainer

Carina Bidese is a free spirit with unbelievably amounts of anatomical knowledge and expertise that comes from years practising what she loves. Sore bad? Bad shoulder? Let her know and she’ll cater the class to your relief.

Tuesday 1st September – Legs, Bums, and Tums – 17:30 – 18:15

Blackheath

A twist on the classic. Make this your 6 week challenge and transform the areas we love to hate. FYI no body hating, it is the best tool we have. Use this class to celebrate it!

Trainer

Fabrizio Banys is a firecracker of a trainer. With the enthusiasm of a spaniel and anatomical knowledge of a medic, he will help you cruise to a happy and healthy body

Wednesday 2nd September – Barre Total Body Tone – 18:30 – 19:15

Billingsgate, by the Thames  

A beauts barre class outdoors overlooking the river Thames. Perfect for beginners and more experienced barre enthusiasts. Expect long stretches and postures, whilst exercising muscles you never knew existed. A low impact, slow burn class which is a fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga. Leave feeling relaxed, fully stretched, and with a new spring in your step.

Trainer

Maxine Latinis has trained in ballet from the age of 4. Warm, welcoming, and persuasive, she’ll push you harder than you thought possible. Expect to be hooked.

Thursday 3rd September – Yoga For Runners – 13:00 – 13:40

A class for the early morning joggers or late-night sprinters amongst us. If you’re looking for running rehab, book yourself into this. A session to keep you injury free, that’ll loosen any tight spots, strengthen weak ones and rehabilitate those niggles.

Trainer

Lucy Lock is an international yoga teacher having taught in India, Nepal, the Maldives, Philippines Guatemala, and California. Now firmly putting her roots down in London, she’s here to showcase what’s yoga hot the world over.

Friday 4th September – Hatha Vinyasa Flow – 09:00 – 10:00

Southwark Park, Bermondsey 

Hatha yoga is slow paced type of yoga with long poses and lengthy stretches. Vinyasa is a faster paced practice focusing on aligning breathing with movement. This hybrid class is a collision between the two, bringing the calm of hatha with the movement and exertion of vinyasa. Expect physical poses that will leave you feeling longer, looser and way more relaxed.

Trainer

Larissa Viana took her yoga qualifications in Mysore, India and also actively practises Reiki. Her classes are suitable for all, sequences are modified for all levels. Inclusivity is key!

Saturday 5th September ☀️ Bootcamp 🏃🏽‍♀️ 09:15 – 10:00

An all over body bootcamp to welcome in the weekend. A beast of a workout to give you buns of steel, arms of iron, and a huge advantage over the majority of us as you run to the tube’s closing doors. This class is PUNCHY.
