Monday 8th June – Yoga for Strength, Flexibility and Mobility – 7.30-8.30pm
Improve your strength, and increase your mobility. By working on those areas, you’ll in turn optimise your workouts, prevent future injuries, and be able to train harder with weights and cardio.
Based on yoga moves, this class will work on all of the above, leaving you more supple, and feeling stronger and chilled out by the end.

Tuesday 9th June – Calorie Crusher – Bua Online Bootcamp – 7-7.45pm
Torch the calories in the living room or garden. Get ready to work – this is going to be raw and rough. If you’re looking for a fitness masochist class, you’ve struck gold.
Scream if you wanna go faster. Get punished if you faint. All fitness lovers are welcome here…but come prepared to work H.A.R.D. on a mixture of HIIT, bodyweight exercises, and more.

Thursday 11th June – Peaceful Thursday Meditation – 6:30-7:00am
Reward your body after a hard week of work. Take a break, with this peaceful morning meditation session. What better way of visualising the end of the week!?

Sophie is a French private yoga teacher, living in London UK. She teaches vinyasa power flow yoga, breathing sessions and meditation sessions.
Friday 12th June – Bua Yoga – Primal Vinyasa – 7:30-8:30am
Explore your body, with this fusion of primal movement and Vinyasa motion. Reprogramme your mind, and get your body into its optimal state. If you have a sedentary lifestyle, this workout will help you regain your natural suppleness.

Saturday 13th June – Core Strength & Posture Improvement – 8:00-9:00am
Try out this class, which will strengthen the muscles of your back, abs, chest and shoulders, whilst correcting your posture, which will help to reduce the risk of back injuries.
Instructor – Karin Gavrilov
Karin has been a Personal Trainer Level 3 since 2017. In his free time he is an Alpine Ski competitor.
