LADS LADS LADS! This one is for you. A pilates session showcasing the strength and suppleness of the male physique whilst relaxing common areas of stress in the male body.
Curated by men for men. Gabor Trapp leads this session so you can train harder, better, faster.
Thursday 18th June – Blast Fat Fast – 07:30 – 08:00
An early morning HIIT that hits hard. Gain arms Madonna prays for and abs harder than Vinnie Jones. You’ll be burning calories long after you’ve gone.
PT Misha’s mantra is “fitness is a not a destination, it’s a way of life.” Join hers.
Friday 19th June – Booty + Core Yoga – 19:00 – 19:40
All rise (and squat) for the regime that guarantees rear of the year. A butt attack that simultaneously boosts stability in the core. Note: this is gentler on the knees than normal booty workouts.
Sophie is a yoga teacher by trade and a powerhouse for meditation. Gentle, but fierce and French.
Saturday 20th June – KAPOW

Get those gloves on and embark upon a solid sweat fest that’ll have you coming out swinging. Perfect for building body confidence.

Sunday 21st June – Run Like You Stole It – 08:00 – 09:00
Hold on tight, this is a cardio rodeo OUTSIDE. Whether you’re chasing a new marathon PB or running away from a dark past, we won’t ask probing questions.
A trained BUA athlete will give you a run for your money.
