Billingsgate, by the Thames  

A beauts barre class outdoors overlooking the river Thames. Perfect for beginners and more experienced barre enthusiasts. Expect long stretches and postures, whilst exercising muscles you never knew existed. A low impact, slow burn class which is a fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga. Leave feeling relaxed, fully stretched, and with a new spring in your step.

Trainer

Maxine Latinis has trained in ballet from the age of 4. Warm, welcoming, and persuasive, she’ll push you harder than you thought possible. Expect to be hooked.

Aldgate Square

If this week is pulling some punches, get out your frustrations out in a boxing class for intermediates. Expect footwork drills, sequences, and exercises to secure solid hits. Boxing boosts co-ordination, confidence, cardio and strength. There’s no better way to start your Thursday.

Shane Campbell’s background is in the poetic art of punching. A pro MMA fighter and kickboxing coach, Shane is well-schooled in how to land an absolute blinder, dice out fancy footwork moves, and equip you with the cardio exercises to keep you box fit.

Southwark Park, Rotherhithe

A yoga session for all levels. This is energetic yoga where we synchronise breath with our movements. Expect swift postures which instil rhythm and increases our awareness of movement and flow in the body. A hybrid class combining the slowness and strength needed for hatha yoga and the dynamism of vinyasa yoga.

Trainer

Larissa Viana took her yoga qualifications in Mysore, India and also actively practises Reiki. Her classes are suitable for all, sequences are modified for all levels. Inclusivity is key!

A unique, super engaging and unconventional way to train. This class is dedicated to shredding stubborn body fat, as well as reducing stress levels. Improve posture, mobility and strength whilst burning the blubber.

Tall, dark and a handful, Earl Cottrell leads this boomer of a class. A former professional footballer, now PT, Earl will throw you through our paces and offer support when you need it most.
