6 online classes to kick-start your movement
Online classes are a great way to not let your fitness slip. Why? It is the most convenient training channel there is. We recommend opening windows, switching on the trainers’ playlists if they have them, and fully immersing yourself in these mobility masterclasses. This week, the focus is upon enjoying the accuracy of your movement. The classes form the basis of your body’s MOT – pinpoint areas of tightness, enjoy feelings of looseness, use your body in ways you never have, and experience a new sense of freedom all over.
TUESDAYS
Barre Riot: 30 minutes Total Core & Cardio – 18:30 – 19:00
Live & Online
Barre is so popular because it’s super safe and quickly shapes the body all over. It’s low impact too so great on the knees and joints. Expect ballet moves and sequences with the pulsing of Pilates and the stretching benefits of yoga all in one class. This class focuses on core strength which will alleviate back issues.

Grace Ker is qualified in it all, from Ashtanga, rocket and Vinyasa flow yoga, Zumba, bootybarre and is also a professional willpower coach. She’ll keep you going when you think you can’t and make you laugh when you don’t feel like smiling.
WEDNESDAYS
Stretch & Flex – 19:15 – 20:15
Live & Online
Mobility is key. Futureproof your movement now. A class to awaken you to your weak spots, strengths and areas of tension, with the goal to build balance throughout. A great class to expand your yoga repertoire.
Trainer
Javan Ashong has a contemporary take on yoga. Expect classes to be a melting pot of strength, alignment, mindfulness, breathwork, and self-development.
THURSDAYS
Peak To Peak Flows – 19:15 – 20:15
All about the peak poses, with sequencing to get you there safely and effortlessly. This is specially for intermediate and advanced yogis. Advanced peak poses will challenge you, re-center and re-energise. Expect deep muscle activation and to develop a deeper sense of body discipline.
Trainer
Sinem Er brings in Buddhist meditation techniques alongside alignment, flow and breath integrations. Her focus is on exceptional Vinyasa flow sessions that break down complex poses and sequences into easy building blocks to conquer.
FRIDAYS
Barre Riot: Total Barre – 12:45 – 13:30
Dance, Pilates, cardio, yoga with strength and toning bodyweight moves too. A hybrid fusion of all the best bits to improve your every day movement and fitness. The focus is on the accuracy of movement so expect to perfect your form. Get the entire body singing.
Trainer
Grace Ker will keep your abs working harder with the added bonus of laughter. If you think you can plank no more, you will. She is highly motivating and passionate about how you hold yourself. Leave her classes feeling taller and confident.
SATURDAYS
Fitness Pilates – 09:30 – 10:15
Traditional Pilates with a modern fitness twist. Go beyond core strength and mobilise the entire body with Pilates poses in a work and rest pattern. A great class to compliment your higher impact HIIT and lifting classes, with a similar burn, that’s much kinder on the joints.

Jo Gosling has racked up 18 years of expertise as a fitness coach. She loves nothing more than seeing her clients reap the benefits of an active lifestyle.
SUNDAYS
Body Holiday Sunday – 20:15 – 21:15
Treat the body to a glorious day off. Time to turn inward and listen to what your body needs. This is a slow-paced restorative session soaked in self-care sequences and breathwork.
Trainer
Sinem Er is big on the meditation and this session is steeped in it. This is a great class to try if you’re new to yoga and in need of a time-out at home.
