Get to grips with your local outdoor gym. This specialised form of exercise will move your body through all the planes of motion. A full body workout built on circuits and cardio moves with multi-joint strength exercises. If you’re looking to torch as many calories as you can in one single setting, this is the class for you.

Misha Boudova is dedicated to get you lean and clean. Her specialities are strength and functional training with a focus on sustainable weight loss and incredible improvements in cardiovascular fitness and posture.

Take a break from desk life and rejuvenate your back. This yoga session is open to all levels with adjustments for all abilities. Expect long lean stretches that will re-align your spine, neck and shoulders whilst releasing tensions that have built up over the day. Defeat the ill effects of our increasingly sedate life and get back in tune with that brilliant body of yours.

Simone Topel helps people live more content lives through yoga. She started her yoga journey in Rishikesh in India quickly completing ashtanga and hatha yoga courses. Today she is completing her advanced teacher training alongside a year long apprenticeship at YogaLondon. She is qualified specifically in yoga for elevating depression, yoga for running, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
