Shane: Hi BUA!
We’re so happy to have you on board as one of our longest fitness partners. How did you get into fitness?
Since I was young, I always had a passion for sport and fitness. I studied sports science, and I’ve made sure I stayed active for my whole life.
Sounds fun! What sports are you into?
I played football at a decent level for many years, and now I train and compete in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). It’s the experience and knowledge from MMA that helps me work as a competent trainer.
What MMA skills have helped you succeed the most?
It’s the perseverance. The wanting to improve and achieve goals and grow as an individual. I really love sharing my passion for fitness, and watching other people meet their short- and long-term goals.
What drives you to help others?
I want to inspire people! If my personal experience can help others develop, then I couldn’t be happier.
What do you do in your spare time?
Spare time – what’s that!? I fight professionally with GB Top Team, I founded The Brunch Klub Ldn, and I have other commitments and interests in Biosynergy and N11 Clothing, which is great for us fighters!
