Casey Brinn’s enthusiasm is second to none. If anyone is pulling you out of bad mood on a Tuesday, it’ll be Casey. Exceptionally knowledgeable about all thing fitness, and adept at providing inclusive fitness for everyone, Casey is a firm fave.

This class is all about feeling good in your own skin. Body positive and mind positivity is the dish is the day. A smorgasbord of easy choreography and dance moves to replicate in your lounge. Time to let your hair down and whip up a frenzy. This class will get you ready for any dance TikTok challenge your 13 year old niece throws at you.

Trainer

Charlotte Chazel is an extraordinary teacher. For something that comes so naturally to her, she is adept at setting the dance pace and taking you through the moves with love, patience, and tasty tips. She was ex-competition gymnast and is now a full-time choreographer and fitness and dance instructor. Previously she was painting Paris red, but now she’s settling into London living.

Saturday 21st Nov – Beyond Pilates With Mito – 09:30 – 10:15

A full body Pilates workout for intermediate Pilates lovers. Get stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Mito offers 3 Pilates sessions a week which will quickly transform your body and enable you to move with ease and grace. Pilates is exceptional at creating strength without the bulk. Mithat Ahmed has been playing sports all his life. He played handball for the Turkish National Team and found Pilates to be instrumental in quickening his recovery time and boosting his sports’ performance.

THE Sunday smasher. A beginner class for those keen to throw some well-placed punches. Boxing is so good at boosting your co-ordination, posture, and self-confidence. Expect a masterclass of shadow boxing and boxing conditioning.

Gabor Trapp is a martial arts specialist and fitness polymath. Having been a qualified trainer since 2012, Gabor has excelled in every type of exercise, from yoga to Pilates, boxing to HIIT.
