Wednesday 14th April – Barre Total Body Tone – 18:30 – 19:15
This is not a dance class. This is a barre blast – a mega mix combining ballet, Pilates and yoga renown for making its followers more body confident. Its popularity is to its low impact, but high intensity nature. Super easy on the joints, but a class that’ll make you feel the slow burn.
Maxine Latinis is a trained ballerina who knows how good it feels to love your own body. She’s warm, welcoming, and persuasive, and you’ll leave loving your limbs. Expect to be fall hook, line, and sinker.
Thursday 15th April – Thursday Hatha Yoga – 10:30 – 11:45

75 minutes dedicated to inner peace. A mixed level class that also welcomes complete beginners – modifications to poses will be tailored to experience. Surrender yourself to a class that focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques that leave you feeling longer, looser, and more like yourself.

Tone up and shred. Time to breathe life into muscles you may have forgotten about… A perfect blend of cardio, explosive plyometric and strengthening exercises, and bodyweight blasts.
