An all over body blast open to all. Barre cherry picks the best bits from ballet, Pilates, yoga and dance and creates a form of fitness that is hard not to fall in love with. Leave feeling super stretched, toned and balanced.

Grace Ker believes you may want to murder her in the first few minutes of class but assures you that afterwards you’ll grown to love her. Laughter is her fave core exercise, followed by barre.

The at home gym is back. 50 minutes dedicated to your strength. Pick up whatever weights you have at your disposal and let’s flex. Using a fusion of weighted and bodyweight movements to work out the entire body. Learn new moves and new skills to bolster weaknesses and boost strengths.

Adam Fung lives and breathes fitness as a functional personal and group exercise trainer, weightlifter and gymnast. Adam believes in building flexibility alongside strength to ensure a brilliant body balance.

A workout with the best view in London. This is a bodyweight masterclass to increase your overall level of fitness, endurance and mental stamina.

Trainer

Lukas Rafacz exercises your mind, body and spirit. He has trained everyone – from MMA fighters, soccer mums, weekend warriors to professional athletes. As a teenager he struggled with his weight and depression so he understands the barriers that stop us being in the best shape of our lives. His lived experience permeates his workouts that are boundlessly positive and motivational.

Camille Tenneson is a wanderlust traveller and yoga teacher. She is full of grace and gratitude for life’s smallest gifts.
