Here are the top classes this week to remind yourself of your inner strengths and the power you have within yourself to pursue things simply because they feel good.
Monday 26th July – Fighting Spirit Boxing Pimlico – 19:00 – 20:00
A hidden haven on the banks of the Thames. If you’re looking to power up your punches you’re in the right place. Expect a masterclass in footwork, technique and recovery, whilst ramping up your cardio health and general fitness.
Georges Ngay-Katalay is an ABA boxing coach and lead coach at the Afewee Brixton Boxing Club and for Team Tieu. With so much teaching experience he’ll get you fitter and more powerful swiftly and with ease.
Tuesday 27th July – Hello Morning Barre- Interval- Cardio, Tone, HIIT – 07:00 – 07:45

Barre is perfect for rapid strength gain. If you’re looking to get lean and mean barre is your bag. It’s a great workout to prevent injury and so a good companion to more high impact workouts too. Boost your posture and your sense of focus in one swoop.
Grace Ker believes you may want to murder her in the first few minutes of class but assures you that afterwards you’ll grow to love her. Laughter is her fave core exercise, followed by barre.
Wednesday 28th July – Music & Yoga Flow – 12:00 – 13:00

Two faves together. A hybrid class that empowers your strength and core through Pilates combined with the flexibility, breath work, and mindfulness of yoga. Floor based Pilates prepares your body to perform yoga postures seamlessly, safely and for longer. This class is the perfect pairing.
Jackee Nye Nkuinji had her life flipped upside down following a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease in the lumbar area, but she rose to the challenge, qualifying as a yoga teacher and teaching yoga masterclasses that raise spirits skywards whilst providing people lifelines.
Thursday 29th July – Latin Dance Fitness – 17:00 – 17:50
Squeeze in some salsa and an array of other dance techniques in a 50-minute class straight after work. Do not go home and slouch on that couch. Mosey to King’s Cross and boost your endorphins and sense of rhythm. Time to lose yourself in dance.
Rosne has a MA in choreography with performing Arts. She’s a performance artist, fitness coach, and all- round firecracker with a knack of curating catchy sequences that’ll keep you bopping ‘til next time.

It’s about been prepped and primed, so expect a lengthy and heady warm up to wake your body up. We then jump into strength and cardio training – combining the two has been hailed as the best way to increase your fat burning potential. This dynamic duo will boost your everyday strength, posture, and flexibility whilst increasing the health of your heart and lungs.
The Bee-fit boys, Coach Harrison and Coach Dean, believe in the power of community and making fitness fun. Their classes are just another source of entertainment, like a series on Netflix, except that you get in the best shape of your life whilst viewing. They believe in making everyone an Everyday Athlete.
Saturday 31st July – Summer Bootcamp With Equipment – 11:00 – 12:00
Ramp up your usual bodyweight blast with equipment to push you harder. Everyone is welcome with exercises modified for all levels. Expect an all over body blast where you can push yourself as hard as you fancy.
Gabor Trapp covers the gauntlet of fitness, as a mat Pilates and lower back pain specialist, boxing guru, HIIT leader and weights trainer. With his wealth of knowledge about all things fitness, please ask him questions to tailor the workout to your strengths and weaknesses.
Sunday 1st August – Nourishing Yoga – 10:00 – 11:00

Just what’s called for on a lazy Sunday. Join Shuntao in a lesson in all over relaxation. Charge up your batteries and limbs before Monday strikes with a slow flow sort of yoga in the great outdoors.
Shuntao Li trained in the Alpujarras mountains in Spain and now excels in slow vinyasa flow and ashtanga classes for everyone. Her classes are accessible, fun, and so relaxing, probably because she is also an excellent yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation teacher.
