A 30-minute riot of bodyweight moves (with weights if you have them handy) during your lunchtime. Come and fend off the afternoon slump with an endorphin pumping class between meetings.

Shane Campbell’s background is in the poetic art of punching. As a pro MMA fighter and kickboxing coach he knows the most efficient exercises to become lean, box fit, and nimble.
