There are so many other versions of you that could have existed and so many paths you could have led. Remember, those routes are not bigger or better, they are just different. What you are becoming now is the real value.

Mental Health Awareness week has come to a close, but please stay on alert to protect your mind and thoughts. How we speak about and to ourselves is our greatest power. Make sure that voice is a mentor, not a critic. The top classes this week will remind you of your strength and the impact you can have on your health right this very moment.

An early morning wake-up call to move with ease. Exercise before the world wakes up and benefit from no distractions and excuses. If you love dance, ballet, yoga and Pilates and want to improve your discipline in each this is the class for you. Expect mountain range massive stretches, core work, and strength building balances.

Trainer

Grace Ker loves ab workouts and believes core strength is key to everyday mobility and age old flexibility. Laughter is her fave core exercise, followed by barre.

Roll out of the zoom call and into a lunchtime exercise lollapalooza. Conquer the afternoon after a beasting session of bodyweight, tabata and AMRAP. Ramp up heart rates and productivity to cruise past the after-lunch lull.

Shane Campbell’s background is in the poetic art of punching. As a pro MMA fighter and kickboxing coach his cardio health must be sky high, and he has high hopes for yours, so expect some lung labour.

Peckham Rye

This is HIIT with a kick! HIIT is one of the most efficient workouts you can do. The stop-start style increases heart rates so you’re burning calories fast, whilst letting the body recover so it can push itself further in the next round.

Giulia Schinzari has been living it up as a personal trainer for 4 years. With a degree in Sports Science and qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy she is the full package. She’ll take you through your paces with her extensive academic and hands-on experience.

Explore the hedonism of losing yourself in dance with sequences to take away and perfect on a real-life sticky, sweaty dancefloor.
