Move now: What could have been is irrelevant

Move now: What could have been is irrelevant

And move in the way you want. Sometimes we beat ourselves up over the what might-have beens and what ifs. What you are becoming now is the real value.

Mental Health Awareness week has come to a close, but please stay on alert to protect your mind and thoughts. How we speak about and to ourselves is our greatest power. Make sure that voice is a mentor, not a critic. The top classes this week will remind you of your strength and the impact you can have on your health right this very moment.
