Move now: What could have been is irrelevant

Move now: What could have been is irrelevant

And move in the way you want. Sometimes we beat ourselves up over the what might-have beens and what ifs. There are so many other versions of you that could have existed and so many paths you could have led. Remember, those routes are not bigger or better, they are just different. What you are becoming now is the real value.

Mental Health Awareness week has come to a close, but please stay on alert to protect your mind and thoughts. How we speak about and to ourselves is our greatest power. Make sure that voice is a mentor, not a critic. The top classes this week will remind you of your strength and the impact you can have on your health right this very moment.
