Ground your yoga with grass-based salutations and sequences. There is no better way to soak up the winter sun. This is a combo of hatha and vinyasa yoga so expect slow movements and breathwork to release stress and decrease anxiety.

Helen Barefoot found solace in yoga 10 years ago in a local London class. From there she embarked upon yoga teacher training in the Himalayas and reinforces her practice with chanting, philosophies, intentions to improve the way we live.
