Thursday 21st Jan – Beyond Pilates – 12:30 – 13:15

Light lunchtime relief in the form of a core strengthening and mobility transforming workout. Pilates is exceptional at creating strength without the bulk. Long, lean muscles are the name of the game.

Mithat Ahmed has been playing sports all his life. He was chosen for the Turkish National handball team where he found Pilates to be instrumental in quickening his recovery time and boosting his sports’ performance.
Friday 22nd Jan – Catwalk Workout – 18:00 – 18:45

This is dance fitness with a killer model attitude. Strut, sweat, and sashay away. A masterclass to boost confidence and posture.

Charlotte Chazel is an extraordinary teacher. For something that comes so naturally to her, she is so good at setting the dance pace and taking you through the moves with love, patience, and tasty tips. She was an ex-competition gymnast and is now a full-time choreographer and fitness and dance instructor. Previously she was painting Paris red, but now she’s settling into London living.
Saturday 23rd Jan – Slowdown Yoga – 17:00 – 18:00
