Friday 23rd April – Arsenal Bootcamp – 07:30 – 08:15

Sunday 25th April – Restore And Reflect Yoga – 18:00 – 19:00

Monday 26th April – Outdoor Interval Training – 12:00 – 13:00


Bodyweight and running cardio blasts to re-energise. There’s nothing quite so freeing as running as fast as you can. Come and blitz your bottom, legs and tum with bodyweight grooves in the great outdoors after a quick jog.


Lazuria Zaphet does fitness because she loves it, and she’ll inspire you to do the same. Once she started, she couldn’t stop and now exercise is the Holy Grail that continues to ramp up her life.

Tuesday 20th April – Buggy Bootcamp (Ante And Post Natal) – 12:30 – 13:15


Babies galore! Bring your babe to a class and take some much-deserved time for yourself and your mental and physical health. This class is also open to expectant mums. It’s brimming full of safe exercises suited to your body’s changes. A 360 assault on all the muscle groups with your light weights.


Casey Brinn is a qualified instructor in all things post and ante natal. Exceptionally knowledgeable about all thing fitness, and adept at providing inclusive fitness for everyone, Casey is a firm fave.
