Monday 7th Dec – 45 mins Vinyasa Flow Yoga – 17:30 – 18:15

Fun and flowy yoga in a 45 minute fast class. Think of this session as a moving meditation of breathing and sequences. Switch off from work at the end of the working day and tune in to channel bliss.  


Vivienna Ng shares philosophy and positive postures in her class. Learn about your body and your mind, and how they should intertwine. Vivienna is exceptional at offering options for different abilities, so everyone is welcome.

Tuesday 8th Dec – HIIT & Kickboxing – 12:30 13:15

If Monday pulled some punches, get out your frustrations out in a kick fit session for everyone. No two classes are the same. This location is brand new and undiscovered by most. Expect spectacular views across London from this deserted high public terrace.


Come meet kickboxing trainer, fitness instructor and cat mummy, Kate Sutton. She’ll make you fall in love with fitness, just by helping you believe that you can do it.

Wednesday 9th Dec – Online Sound Bath With Laura – 20:30 – 21:30

Laura Devonshire is a multi-style yoga teacher with vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga qualifications under her belt. She deepened her practice with further training for yoga for pre and post-natal women and children. As an advocate of holistic well-being her classes are all about the fusion of your mind and body.

Friday 11th Dec – From Bed To Shred – 07:00 – 07:45

Well Street Common

Roll outta of bed and into your shred zone. Raise that heart rate skyward and burn through your body’s barriers with 360 bodyweight exercises. Expect HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP and supersets that progressively get more masochistic.


Adam has a huge range of experience, from helping people prepare for marathons, training athletes, getting people back in shape after obesity or ill health, and getting desk workers fighting fit after too many hours at work. He is wildly motivating and enthusiastic about your health and wellbeing. Expect to be pushed further than you ever have and be quite happy about it.

Saturday 12th Dec – Early Bird 08:30 – 09:15

Parliament Hill, Hampstead

Refresh your regime with an outdoor class on the heath. A full body blitz to smash your personal thresholds. With high octane, fad free exercises proven to burn calories and release lumber tension after a week at the grindstone. This is a fully immersive session with snappy circuits in a team building (and safe) environment.


Roland Horvath is all about mindsets and movement. This class will get into your head. Leave with sky high confidence and a love of every limb.

Sunday 13th Dec – Booty & Core Hardcore – 10:00 – 10:45

The class is set to pump you full of the good endorphins whilst toning your tush and stabilising your core. Jam packed full of cardio, plyometric, mobility, and strengthening exercises.


Roksana Piech is the HIIT princess. She believes in patience and the silent work of small steps of progress to form real body and mind transformations. She’ll keep you motivated when you can’t go on, and support when you’re crushing it.
