Sinem Er’s speciality is Vinyasa yoga but she’s an expert in meditation too. Her practices are dynamic and contemplative – a fine fuse of mental and physical release.

This is the only way to naturally achieve that Brazilian butt lift look. Dedicated booty sessions will have the largest muscle in your body singing and you’ll move easier, lift more, and bend better. Due to spending a lot of our time seated it’s common to develop dormant butt syndrome – a tightness of the hip flexors coupled with weak gluteal muscles. When this happens the muscles and joints around the bottom fail leading to hamstring injury, back pain, hip pain and even knee pain.
