Monday 29th March – Monday’s Absolute Burn – 18:15 – 19:00

If your muscles have lost their way let’s get them moving again with a bodyweight HIIT session of powerful bursts of exercise interspersed with rest. An efficient workout for those wishing to restore their energy packs.

Tuesday 30th March – Buggy Bootcamp – 12:30 – 13:15

Calling all the mamas! This is BYOB fitness. Bring your own baby (and buggy) to a class dedicated to ante and post-natal women. A class brimming of safe exercises that gets the body glowing. No matter what your fitness level this class welcomes all. Join a friendly community of mamas doing it for themselves. Please bring some light weights.

Casey Brinn is exceptionally knowledgeable about all thing fitness and excels in providing inclusive fitness for everyone. With routines that change weekly she’ll keep you guessing and ensure every muscle is lightly pounded for an all over feeling of lightness.
Wednesday 31st March – Covid Camp Lower Body – 18:00 – 18:45
Battersea Park
Legs eleven are up next in this lower body blast. With lockdown pummelling our mental and physical health this class will bring ourselves back to our former glories. Sitting all day in kitchen chairs, upon sofas, or perched precariously on stools, has loosened our glutes and played havoc with our lower back. Hit reset and push yourself as hard as you’d like in a class that boosts dopamine levels and lower body health.

Jamie Goldstein has a degree in Sports Management and is a highly qualified personal trainer, busy studying for Level 4 in Strength & Conditioning. He will help you discover the joy in exercise, so much so that his classes will become habitual. Jamie believes exercise is not about the extremes – it’s about finding what works for you and going from there.
Thursday 1st April – Open Level Vinyasa Flow – 12:30 – 13:15
Clissold Park, Stoke Newington
This is no April’s Fool! This is peaceful vinyasa yoga with a flow to restore your get-up and GO. Time to soak up the vitamin D. Breathe in peace. Exhale some chaos. This session starts with a meditation followed by sequences strung together by a theme and intention.

Simone Topel is a free spirit. Her yoga training took place in Rishikesh in India, and since then she has studied mindfulness class after class. Her style is simple to follow, but heavy on the benefits – peace of mind, increased tone, and 360 mobility. Her passion is to move you toward self-inquiry and greater physical and psychological awareness.
Friday 2nd April – WoW – ICXT Intensive Core Cross Training – 07:30 – 08:15

Early morning core workout without the distractions. This is 45 minutes of dedicated YOU time. Ditch the morning coffee and tick off exercise before the day begins. This session focuses on strengthening and toning the core – something your back will thank you for later.

Saturday 3rd April – Nourishing Yoga In Cator Park – 10:00 – 11:00
Cator Park, Black Heath
Yoga in nature is restorative. Grab 60 mins to check in with yourself and your body while feeling the grass between your toes and sun on your skin. Shuntao will take you through a warm-up followed by sequences to build strength and flexibility. Expect standing and floor based poses.
Trainer
Shuntao Li trained in the Alpujarra mountains in Spain and now excels in slow vinyasa flow and ashtanga classes for everyone. Her classes are accessible, fun, and so relaxing, probably because she is also a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation teacher.
Sunday 4th April – HIIT The Mat – 10:00 – 10:45
Wanstead Park, Redbridge
Bodyweight HIIT session to toast some calories, tone up, and build muscle. The power of HIIT never fades – championed as the most efficient workout out there, it raises the heartbeat, reduces the blood sugars and blood pressure, and keeps your body burning fat stores long after you’ve left the workout.
