Monday 22nd March – Cardio Box & Pilates Explosion – 17:00 – 18:00

Finish your Monday with a riot of punching and Pilates. A complimentary duo with the cardio boxing upping your heart rate and the Pilates powering your cool down. This class is performed best when barefoot, so throw away those foot pockets and feel the earth under your feet. It’s time to ground yourself.


Charlotte Chazel is a firecracker. She’ll set your pace and take you through the moves with love, patience, and tasty tips. She was an ex-competition gymnast and is now a full-time trainer, choreographer and fitness and dance instructor.

Tuesday 23rd March – HIIT- Energise – 18:00 – 18:30

30 minute blast HIIT style – so expect intense exercise followed by snippets of rest to get your body in its optimal burn zone. This is a beginner’s sweat fest so no prior experience is necessary. Come jump in and slide out.
