Monday 14th Dec – Late Late Workout – 21:00 – 21:45

Wind down before bedtime. Grab 45 minutes to yourself and your health with no distractions. This is a late-night session for people with extra steam and stress. Expect HIIT style exercises that’ll plummet every muscle group in a fun circuit style.

He’ll get to grips with what intrinsically motivates you and push that hard. He won’t settle until you’re in the best shape of your being with a mindset to match

Tuesday 15th Dec – Hatha Yoga A Heart Centred Practice – 09:00 – 10:00

Perfect as an intro to yoga, and as a weekly class to bring some calm to your chaos. With traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques. A broad yoga session that’ll help you set intentions for the week whilst helping soothe your body’s aches and pains.


Carina Bidese is a free spirit with unbelievably amounts of anatomical knowledge and expertise that comes from years practising what she loves. Sore bad? Bad shoulder? Let her know and she’ll cater the class to your relief.

Wednesday 16th Dec – Baby FIT – 10:30 – 11:15

A class designed for ante and postnatal women. A baby friendly environment so please bring those babes. A bodyweight workout that will keep you fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy and beyond.  


Casey Brinn is our Irish firecracker. Qualified up to the eyeballs, she knows how the body has adapted and changed to bring life into the world, and just what it needs to get kick-started.

30-minute lunchtime core crunch. Enliven your afternoon with sets of core exercises that the fitness pros swear by. Let’s strengthen and stabilise together in a safe and motivational environment. A strong core is an invaluable asset. Expect better balance, better posture, and reduced back pain.


Danielle Davison is the core queen. Sessions are delivered with a smile and humour that’ll keep you going when it gets hard. Her mantra is ‘one day or day one’ with a belief in just getting up and going with no excuses holding us back.

Saturday 19th Dec – HIIT The Mat – 10:00 10:45
