What do all the top athletes have in common? They take the time to recover. How? Aside from rest they pursue other physical activities. Most the time we train hard in one sort of training concept and that’s okay – naturally if you want to be a better runner you run – but the body needs something different to take it to the next level.

If you’re a runner we prescribe yoga to stretch tight hamstrings and protect your shins. If you’re a HIIT-er bag a barre session to lengthen and gain poise through slow subtle movements. This week launch into sessions you wouldn’t normally to re-balance. Let’s train smarter by ramping up variety.

WoW – ICXT – Intensive Core Cross Training – 07:30 – 08:15

Buckle up ladies and gents, this is a core cross session to blitz your abs. If you’re craving better definition or suffering from back aches and weird twinges from working from home, this class is for you. Expect cardio, circuits and HIIT in one.
